I am 170 lbs 5'5 and l usually wear a L or XL depending on the style, but I bought an XXL based on the reviews l saw here about the sleeves being a bit small; and it fits wonderful. It's a little bit big since l took the XXL, and that's ok, but the sleeves fits fine.
